Healthy Habit Mentoring

So your doctor told you that you have to make some lifestyle changes. Be it proper nutrition, fitness, less of something. But that's it really. They don't tell you exactly what you need to do, how to make the small lasting changes, what to remove and how to get started. But in a few weeks when you go back they expect you to have made changes.
This is where a Health and Life coach comes into play. We are that person that will help you discover your way of making a positive change in a lasting way.
In my practice I focus on habit change and meal preparation. I am a certified Health and Life Coach as well as a student of Culinary so my take of might no be what you expect from a former service member (no boot camp yelling in my kitchen).
